She is also the writer and host of the new Audible Original series, Breasts Unbound and author of the book The Nature Fix: Why Nature Makes Us Healthier, Happier and More Creative.
In our conversation we discuss her investigation into the restorative effects of nature and the affects our brains. Human brain cells sense environmental clues. Maybe we all ought to get outside and be with nature for our own well being. At the very least it’s showing up as essential for our children’s healthy brain development.
